- Wednesdays 6-8 pm, 4 sessions beginning August 4 to August 25, at BGC Dawson Community Centre, 666 Woodland Verdun
- Cost: Free! You need only sign up via our member platform Amilia.
- Due to Covid, spaces are limited. Signing up via Amilia is obligatory to attend.
- Masks are mandatory for participation
