Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role within the BGC Dawson.

Throughout the year, volunteers of all ages and abilities help the staff and members of BGC Dawson to build an atmosphere that is inviting and full of life. Volunteer opportunities exist in a variety of capacities: assisting with program activities, outings, youth dances, fundraisers and various special events (blood drives, community dinners, tax clinics, etc.)

Anyone interested in volunteering at BGC Dawson are encouraged to contact the Executive Director. Field placement is an important component of BGC Dawson We offer a wide range of programs and activities at various times in a range of age groups that can accommodate most students’ learning requirements and complex schedules. BGC Dawson hosts a wealth of opportunities to learn, experience and apply newly acquired skills. Opportunities would be creating and implementing recreational, educational and social activities within group and individual interventions.
